10+2 Malaysian Trumpet Snails (MTS)

You will get a pack of 10+2 Freshwater Malaysian trumpet snails in a mix from 1/2"-1" in size. These snails and are plant safe. They are beginner-friendly and easy to care for, making them a great addition to any tank. The snails are tank-raised. They are great for cleaning up aquariums and will eat any uneaten food and any dead plant material. They reproduce by giving live birth. They will bury themselves in the substrate and come out at night to look for food. Malaysian Trumpet snails are great for airating the substrate and prevent toxic gasses from building up in deep substrates.

Please note: Snails come wrapped in a paper towel inside a plastic bag when shipped. Please look for this before throwing away any of the shipping materials that come with your delivery. Snails will sometimes go into a hibernation during shipping and may take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after you have added them to your tank.

Once you receive your snails, please allow them up to 48hrs to wake up and move around. It's recommended to place the snails in a container of tank water after receiving them before placing them in your desired aquarium. This will allow them time to wake up and become acclamated to your aquarium water.

Live Arrival Guaranteed (LAG)
In the unfortunate event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we guarantee the loss as long as the package is delivered on time and contacted within 3hrs of receiving the snails. LAG does not cover any extra snails that are included. Seller’s LAG covers the cost of DOA, however, the portion of related shipping cost is paid by the buyer in the event of a DOA. Please provide us with a clear photo of the snails within 3 hours of the first delivery attempt. With good communication and a photo we can resolve any situation to your satisfaction.
