In the unfortunate event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we guarantee the loss as long as the package is delivered on time and contacted within 3hrs of receiving the plants. LAG does not cover any extras that are included. Seller’s LAG covers the cost of DOA, however, the portion of related shipping cost is paid by the buyer in the event of a DOA. Please provide us with a clear photo of the plants within 3 hours of the first delivery attempt. With good communication and a photo we can resolve any situation to your satisfaction.
